Beer Pourer (Front of House)
Rising Silo is always looking for craft beer enthusiasts to serve beer and engage with taproom visitors. Pourers must provide exemplary customer service while working efficiently with a general sense of urgency. Responsibilities include maintaining taproom cleanliness, serving customers, and washing dishes. All pourers are responsible for maintaining VA ABC compliance on property, ID checks, etc. Knowledge, or enthusiastic willingness to learn, of craft beer flavors and styles is required. Previous work in service industry and taproom setting is preferred.
