winter beer pairing dinner

Join us in the taproom for a curated beer pairing dinner event! This mid-winter's dinner will showcase seasonal produce and local meats, complemented by thoughtfully selected brews. Ticket price includes a five course meal,, each course accompanied by a selected 4-oz beer tasting, and complementary Rising Silo mason jar to take home. Additional beverages will be available for purchase during the event. Vegetarian and non-alcoholic menus will be offered. This is a ticketed-only, seated dinner event that begins at 5 PM and will end by 8 PM. Menu details will be posted here by Feb 1st.

Calling all musicians, poets, comedians, and storytellers! Join us for a night of creativity and expression at the return of the open mic night series in the taproom. Held on second Thursdays this spring and hosted by local artist Amelia Empson, there are opportunities for both seasoned performers and first-timers. A PA system and mic are provided. Sign-ups start at 5 PM for a set of ~5 to 15 minutes. Rising Silo is a family friendly space, content should be "PG-rated" until the last hour from 8 to 9 PM. Come out to showcase and celebrate the local talent and ideas in our community!
